7373 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7474 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7575 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 16-115 of Title 11, unless there
7676 is created a duplicat ion in numbering, reads as follows:
7777 In municipalities with a population of two hundred fifty
7878 thousand (250,000) or more per the last Federal Decennial Census ,
7979 all municipal prosecutors and judges shall be elected pursuant to
8080 Section 16-104 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
8181 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective Nov ember 1, 2023.
