65	65	An Act relating to the Teachers' Retirement System of
66	66	Oklahoma; providing for recurring benefits increase;

73	73	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
74	74	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
75	75	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 17-116.23 of Title 70, unless
76	76	there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
77	77	Beginning July 1, immediately following the effective date of
78	78	this act, and every third year thereafter on July 1, members of the
79	79	Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma who are retired and have
80	80	received benefits for at least one (1) year prior to July 1 of that
81	81	year shall receive a two percent (2%) benefits increase.
