75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2021, Section 452.5, is
77	77	amended to read as follows:
78	78	Section 452.5. A. The officials and employees of all entities
79	79	of the state are her eby directed to aid, assist and coop erate fully
80	80	with the Legislative Service Bureau in its performance of all audits
81	81	and other functions.
82	82	B. All proposed legislation requested by an agency of this
83	83	state shall include an agency request statement. The statement
84	84	shall designate which agency r equested the legislation, the name of
85	85	the primary contact of the agency, and a brief description of the
86	86	need for the legislation as provided by the agency. No such
87	87	statement shall be required for prop osed legislation that is not
