AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to schools; creating the Restoration
of Sanity in Education Act; re pealing 70 O.S. 2021,
Section 24-157, which relates to prohibited training
and course concepts; providing for nonc odification;
and providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of la w not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Restoration of
Sanity in Education Act ".
SECTION 2. REPEALER 70 O.S. 2021, Section 24-157, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
