| 48 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 49 | 49 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 59 O.S. 2021, Section 1007, is | |
| 50 | 50 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 51 | 51 | Section 1007. A. Application for examination, license or | |
| 52 | 52 | renewal of license shall be made to the Construction Industries | |
| 53 | 53 | Board in writing and, if required, on forms furnished by the Board | |
| 54 | 54 | and shall be accompanied by the proper fee. | |
| 55 | 55 | B. Applicants for the journeyman plumber examination must be | |
| 56 | 56 | eighteen (18) years of age or older and have eighteen (18) months | |
| 57 | 57 | experience in the plumbing trade . | |
| 58 | 58 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 202 3. | |
