An Act relating to mines and mining; creating the
Mines and Mining Modernization Act ; providing for
noncodification; and providing an eff ective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOP LE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Mines and
Mining Modernization Act ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
