| 48 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 49 | 49 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 50 | 50 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1309.2 of Title 74, unless there | |
| 51 | 51 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 52 | 52 | For any person employed as a teacher who has elected to have a | |
| 53 | 53 | dependent or dependents of the employee covered by the state Health | |
| 54 | 54 | Insurance Plan and Dental Insurance Plan or by any available Healt h | |
| 55 | 55 | Maintenance Organization (HMO) approved b y the Office of Management | |
| 56 | 56 | and Enterprise Services, the state shall pay thirty percent (30%) of | |
| 57 | 57 | the premium for covered dependents. | |
| 58 | 58 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023. | |
