AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to revenue and taxation; enacting the
Pass-Through Entity Tax Amendments Act of 2023;
providing for noncodification; and p roviding an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be ci ted as the "Pass-Through
Entity Tax Amendments Act of 2023 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
