53	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
54	51		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 12 O.S. 2021, Section 134, is
55	52		amended to read as follows:
56	53		Section 134. An action, other than one of those mention ed in
57	54		the first three sections of this article, against a limited
58	55		liability company or corporation created by the laws of this state ,
59	56		may be brought in the county in which it is situated, or has its
60	57		principal office or place of business, or in which any of the
61	58		members or principal officers thereof may reside, or be summoned, or
62	59		in the county where the cau se of action or some part thereof arose,
63	60		or in any county where a codefendant of such limited liability
	61	+	company or corporation created by the laws of this state may
	62	+	properly be sued.
