An Act relating to health care; creating the Oklahoma
Patient Bill of Rights Act of 2023; providing for
noncodification; and providing f or an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA :
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
Patient Bill of Rights Act of 2023 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effec tive November 1, 2023.
