48 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
49 | 49 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be | |
50 | 50 | codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: | |
51 | 51 | The Oklahoma Health Care Auth ority shall implement a ten percent | |
52 | 52 | (10%) reimbursement rate increase for all Medicaid primary care | |
53 | 53 | health care providers, with the exception of dentists. | |
54 | 54 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023. | |
55 | 55 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
56 | 56 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
57 | 57 | declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and | |
58 | 58 | be in full force from and after its passage and appr oval. | |
