AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to nurse practitioners; creating the
Oklahoma Nurse Practitioners Reform Act of 2023;
providing for noncodification; and p roviding an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Nurse
Practitioners Reform Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effec tive November 1, 2023.
