50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 1 -102, is
52	52	amended to read as follows:
53	53	Section 1-102. A. A Primary Election shall be held on the last
54	54	Tuesday in June of each even -numbered year, at which time each
55	55	political party recognized by the laws of Oklahoma shall nominate
56	56	its candidates for the offices to be fi lled at the next succeeding
57	57	General Election, unless otherwise provided by law. No candidate 's
58	58	name shall be printed upon the General Election ballot unless such
59	59	candidate shall have been nominated as herein provided, unless
60	60	otherwise provided by law; pro vided further that this provision
61	61	shall not exclude the right of a nonpartisan candidate to have his
62	62	or her the name of the candidate printed upon the General Election

89	89	ballots. No county, municipality or school district shall schedule
90	90	an election on any d ate during the twenty (20) days immediately
91	91	preceding the date of any such primary election.
92	92	B. If a political party has two nominees for office and no
93	93	other political party has a nominee for the office, in lieu of a
94	94	Primary Election, the nominees shall b e placed on the official
95	95	ballot as candidates for the office at the General Election.
96	96	C. If a political party has more than two nominees for office
97	97	and no other political party has a nominee for the office, the two
98	98	nominees receiving the highest number of votes at the Primary
99	99	Election shall be placed on the official ballot as candidates for
100	100	the office at the General Election, regardless of whether any
101	101	nominee received a majority of all votes cast for the office.
102	102	SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 1 -103, is
103	103	amended to read as follows:
104	104	Section 1-103. If Except as otherwise provided by subsection C
105	105	of Section 1-102 of this title, if at any Primary Election no
106	106	candidate for the nomination for office of any political party
107	107	receives a majority of all votes cast for all candidates of such
108	108	party for the office, no candidate shall be nominated by such party
109	109	for the office, but the two candidates receiving the highest number
110	110	of votes at such election shall be placed on the official ballot as
111	111	candidates for such nomination at a Runoff Primary Election to be
112	112	held on the fourth Tuesday of August in the same year. No county,
