2451 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2652 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 30 O.S. 2021, Section 4 -502, is
2753 amended to read as follows:

2954 Section 4-502. A. If there are two guardians who are residents
3055 of this state, the act of one alone shall be effectual:

3256 1. If a coguardian is laboring u nder any legal disability from
3357 serving, said coguardian in such case shall be relieved from
3458 official liability; provided however, pr oper finding and valid order
3559 of the district court having jurisdiction therein is first obtained;

3861 2. If a coguardian has given the other coguardian authority in
3962 writing to act for both.
