AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to firearms; repealing 21 O.S. 2021,
Sections 1289.24b and 1289.24c, which relate to the
Anti-Red Flag Act; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 21 O.S. 2021, Sections 1289.24b and
1289.24c, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effectiv e November 1, 2023.
