An Act relating to animals; repealing 4 O.S. 2021,
Section 30.11, which relates to t he Commercial Pet
Breeders and Animal Shelter Licensing Act; and
declaring an emergency.
SUBJECT: Animals
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 4 O.S. 2021, Section 30.11 , is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
