2453 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:

2654 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
2755 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 24-160 of Title 70, unless there
2856 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

3057 A. Being necessary to fulfill their role as a member of the
3158 governing board of their respective Oklahoma higher education
3259 institution, any member of a governing board of a n Oklahoma higher
3360 education institution shall be allowed by the ir institution to audit
3461 a class free of charge.

3662 B. Governing board members who audit a class pursuant to
3763 subsection A of this section may not receive academic credit for the
3864 class or classes audited.
