24	53		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:

26	54		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
27	55		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 24-160 of Title 70, unless there
28	56		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

30	57		A. Being necessary to fulfill their role as a member of the
31	58		governing board of their respective Oklahoma higher education
32	59		institution, any member of a governing board of a n Oklahoma higher
33	60		education institution shall be allowed by the ir institution to audit
34	61		a class free of charge.

36	62		B. Governing board members who audit a class pursuant to
37	63		subsection A of this section may not receive academic credit for the
38	64		class or classes audited.
