40	40	An Act relating to landlord and tenant; providing
41	41	that records for forcible entry and detainer orders
42	42	shall be withheld from view on the Oklahoma State
43	43	Courts Network and On Demand Court Record s websites
44	44	after a certain time; and providing an effective

50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52	52	in the Oklahoma Statut es as Section 210 of Title 41, unless there is
53	53	created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
54	54	Forcible entry and detainer orders and any records relating to
55	55	such order shall be withheld from view on the Oklahoma State Courts
56	56	Network and On Demand Co urt Records websites beginning three (3)
57	57	years from the order being granted by the district court .
58	58	To the extent that any of the orders or records are otherwise
59	59	subject to the Oklahoma Open Records Act , Section 24A.1, et seq ., of
60	60	Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the materials shall only be made
61	61	available at the physical location of the court clerk 's office.
