29 | 54 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1 -2733, is | |

32 | 56 | Section 1-2733. There is hereby created i n the State Treasury a | |
33 | 57 | revolving fund for the State Department of Mental Health and | |
34 | 58 | Substance Abuse to be designated the "Mental Health Loan Repayment | |
35 | 59 | Revolving Fund Behavioral Health Workforce Development Fund ". The | |
36 | 60 | fund shall be a continuing fund, not s ubject to fiscal year | |
37 | 61 | limitations, and shall consist of all monies deposited to the credit | |
38 | 62 | of the fund by law. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund | |
39 | 63 | are hereby appropriate d and may be budgeted and expended by the | |
