111 | 115 | | adequate treatment facility or in the place or premises where such |

112 | 116 | | person usually stays. Notice t hereof shall be given i n accordance |

207 | 213 | | departments may enter into agreements under the Interlo cal |

208 | 214 | | Cooperation Act for the purpose of provi ding assistance to the |

209 | 215 | | school district by inspecting children who are returning to school |
---|
210 | 216 | | after an absence due to head lice to ensure that the child is no |
---|
211 | 217 | | longer afflicted with head lice. |
---|
212 | 218 | | D. If a school district and county or city-county health |
---|
213 | 219 | | department has entered into an agreement as authorized in subsection |
---|
214 | 220 | | C of this section, upon written authorization of the parent or |
---|
215 | 221 | | guardian of a child, the county or city-county health department may |
---|
216 | 222 | | provide treatment to the child for head lice. |
---|
217 | 223 | | SECTION 4. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-505, is |
