26	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	58		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
29	59		in the Oklahoma Statu tes as Section 11-103.15 of Title 70, unless
30	60		there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

32	61		A. A school district may offer to students in grades eleven and
33	62		twelve an elective course in law enforcement.

35	63		B. The law enforcement elective cour se shall include, at a
36	64		minimum:

47	98		materials and curricula for school districts to use in the law
48	99		enforcement elective course. The Board may promulgate rules to
49	100		implement the provisions of this section.
