AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to water; creating the Waters and
Water Rights Modernization Act; providing for
noncodification; and providing an effec tive date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOP LE OF THE STATE OF OKLA HOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Waters and
Water Rights Modernization Act".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
