| 50 | 50 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2021, Section 14 -108.2, is | |
| 52 | 52 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 53 | 53 | Section 14-108.2 A. Agricultural education programs are | |
| 54 | 54 | designed for middle school, junior high, and high school grades | |
| 55 | 55 | eight six through twelve, and shall be provided by comprehensive | |
| 56 | 56 | school districts. Technology center school districts shal l be | |
| 57 | 57 | prohibited from operating agricul tural education programs or FFA | |
| 58 | 58 | chapters in any location. | |
| 59 | 59 | B. Each student enrolled in an agricultural education program | |
| 60 | 60 | shall participate in a supervised agricultural experience project. | |
| 61 | 61 | C. For each agricultural educ ation program which is funded by | |
| 62 | 62 | the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, the | |
