| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be | |
| 52 | 52 | codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads a s follows: | |
| 53 | 53 | This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Medical | |
| 54 | 54 | Marijuana Revenue Apportionment Review Act of 2023 ". | |
| 55 | 55 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023. | |
| 56 | 56 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary fo r the preservation | |
| 57 | 57 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 58 | 58 | declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and | |
| 59 | 59 | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. | |
