Department of Transportation Governance Act;
providing for noncodification; and providin g an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOP LE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited a s the "Department of
Transportation Governance Act".
SECTION 2. This act shall become e ffective November 1, 2023.
