55	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
56	51		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
57	52		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1000.30 of Title 59, unless
58	53		there is created a du plication in numbering, r eads as follows:
59	54		No provision of a building code, any ot her law, regulation, or
60	55		other requirement in Oklahoma may p rohibit or otherwise limit the
61	56		use of a refrigerant designated as a cceptable for use pursuant to
62	57		and in accordance wit h 42 U.S.C., Section 7671k; provided, any
63	58		equipment containing such refrigerant is l isted and installed in
64	59		accordance with safety standards and use conditions imposed pursuant
65	60		to such designation.
	61	+	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
