[ state government - State Government Transparency in
Billing Act - fees and costs for service s rendered
by state agencies – codification - effective date ]
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 464.2 of Title 74, unless th ere
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as f ollows:
A. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "State
Government Transparen cy in Billing Act".
B. Except as otherwise provided by law, the legislative and
judicial branches of state governm ent shall be exempt from any and
all fees and costs f or services rendered by any appropriated state
agencies. For purposes of this section, "state agencies" means any

office, department, board, commission or institution of the
executive branch of state go vernment.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 202 3.
