An Act relating to environment and natural resources;
enacting the Oklahoma Environment and Natural
Resources Act of 2023; providing for noncodification;
and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new secti on of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
Environment and Natural Resources Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
