47 | 47 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
48 | 48 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
49 | 49 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4-117 of Title 65, unless there | |
50 | 50 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
51 | 51 | A. Counties that participate in a multi-county library system | |
52 | 52 | may, by two thirds (2/3) vote of each county commissioners board, | |
53 | 53 | adopt either one or both of the following procedures: | |
54 | 54 | 1. Counties that participate in multi-county library systems | |
55 | 55 | may request an accounting of the library systems overall budget and | |
56 | 56 | estimate of needs. Each multi-county library system shall designate | |
57 | 57 | the executive director or employee in charge of accounting to | |
58 | 58 | produce requested accounting or estimate of needs made under this | |
59 | 59 | act; and | |
