An Act relating to revenue and taxation; enactin g the
Oklahoma Business and Consumer Tax Policy Act of
2023; providing for noncodification ; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE O F THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and m ay be cited as the "Oklahoma
Business and Consumer Tax Policy Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall be come effective November 1, 2023.
