AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to children; enacting the Oklahoma
Children and Juvenile Code Policy Act of 2023 ;
providing for noncodific ation; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be ci ted as the "Oklahoma
Children and Juvenile Code Policy Act of 2023 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
