52	52	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	53	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
54	54	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2006 of Title 56, unless there
55	55	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56	56	Section 2006. The Department of Human Services shall send, by
57	57	registered or certified mail:
58	58	1. A notice to persons when they are added to the Developmental
59	59	Disabilities Services Division waiting list; and
60	60	2. An annual notice to persons on the Developmental
61	61	Disabilities Services Division waiting list. The letter shall
62	62	contain information relating to their status on the Developmental
63	63	Disabilities Services Division waiting list.
