22	51		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

24	52		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 59 O.S. 2021, Section 1354, is
25	53		amended to read as follows:

27	54		Section 1354. There is hereby re-created, to continue until
28	55		July 1, 2023 2025, pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Sunset
29	56		Law, the State Board of Examiners of Psy chologists. The Board shall
30	57		administer the provisions of the Psychologists Li censing Act. The
31	58		Board shall consist of seven (7) members appointed by the Governor.
32	59		Five members shall be psychologists from various areas in psychology
33	60		and two members shall be lay persons. At the expi ration of the term
34	61		of each Board member who is a p sychologist, the Governor shall
35	62		appoint a successor from a list of ten licensed psychologists which
36	63		is provided by the Oklahoma State Psychological Association.
