AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to labor; repealing Section 40 O.S.
2021, Section 160, which relates to preemption by
Oklahoma Legislature of mandated mini mum wage and
employee benefits; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 40 O.S. 2021, Section 160, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
