| 50 | 50 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

| 51 | 51 | | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, S ection 4210.3, is |

| 52 | 52 | | amended to read as follows: |

| 53 | 53 | | Section 4210.3 It shall be unlawful to transport a shotgun, |

| 54 | 54 | | rifle or pistol in or to discharge such weapons a firearm from a |
|---|
| 55 | 55 | | vessel, except for the purposes of self-defense, hunting animals or |
|---|
| 56 | 56 | | fowl, and in compliance with existing state and federal laws. |

| 57 | 57 | | Anyone violating the pr ovisions of this section, upon conviction, |
|---|
| 58 | 58 | | shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of |
|---|
| 59 | 59 | | not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and not more than One Hundred |
|---|
| 60 | 60 | | Dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | less than ten (10) days and not more than six (6) three (3) months, |
