24	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:

26	51		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
27	52		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes read s as follows:

29	53		There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Water Resources
30	54		Board from any monies not otherwise approp riated from the General
31	55		Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June
32	56		30, 2022, the sum of Thirty-eight Million Six Hundred Twenty
33	57		Thousand Dollars ($38,620,000.00) or so much thereof as may be
34	58		necessary for upgrades to water and wastewater systems located in
35	59		Northeast Oklahoma along an inland waterway that supplies water and
36	60		wastewater to major supply chain locations.

38	61		SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
39	62		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
