25	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOM A:

27	53		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law no t to be
28	54		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

30	55		There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Department of
31	56		Environmental Quality from any monies not otherwise appropriated
32	57		from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund of the State
33	58		Treasury created in Section 256 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes
34	59		Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,0 00.00) or so much thereof as may be
35	60		necessary to construct needed water system improvements for a water
36	61		system located west of State Highway 94 and east of State Highway
37	62		95.
	63	+	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
