33	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

35	55		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
36	56		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

38	57		There is hereby appropr iated to the Oklahoma Department of
39	58		Environmental Quality from any monies not otherwise appropriated
40	59		from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund of the State
41	60		Treasury created in Section 256 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes
42	61		Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000.00) or so much t hereof as may be
43	62		necessary to construct needed modifications and upgrades to the
44	63		levees along the Arkansas River and several feeder waterways located
45	64		in Northeast Oklahoma.
