32	56		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

34	57		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of la w to be codified
35	58		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 187A-10 of Title 73, unless
36	59		there is created a duplication in numbe ring, reads as follows:

38	60		A. In addition to any other authorization provided by law, the
39	61		Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is authorized to utilize
40	62		available funds from the Legacy Capital Financing Fund created by
41	63		Section 187B of Title 73 of the Oklaho ma Statutes, in the amount of
42	64		Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000.00) for the benefit of Oklahoma

47		-	distribution of proceeds provided in subsection A of this section,
48		-	in accordance with the provisions of the Legacy Capital Financing

51	96		C. The Authority may distribute funds authorized pursuant to

55	99		agencies, departments, and subdivisions of the state as needed, to
56	100		facilitate the provisions of this act, provided that such memoranda
57	101		of understanding do not constitute a legal obligati on of the State
58	102		of Oklahoma or impede the administration of the provisions of the
59	103		Legacy Capital Financing Act.

61	104		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.

63	105		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the pre servation
64	106		of the public peace, heal th or safety, an emergency is hereby
65	107		declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
66	108		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
