28	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE O F OKLAHOMA:

30	55		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
31	56		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

33	57		There is hereby appropriated to the School Security Revolving
34	58		Fund, created by Enrolled House Bill No. 2903 of the 1st Session of
35	59		the 59th Oklahoma Legislature , from any monies not o therwise
36	60		appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
37	61		the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, the sum of One Hundred Fifty
38	62		Million Dollars ($150,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be
39	63		necessary to cover costs associated with implemen ting the provisions
