28	53		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

30	54		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
31	55		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

33	56		Pursuant to the auth ority provided in Section 3.2 of Titl e 20 of
34	57		the Oklahoma Statutes to rej ect judicial salaries established by the
35	58		Board on Judicial Compensation, the Oklahoma Legislatur e hereby
36	59		rejects the Final Report of the Board on Judicial Compensation
37	60		issued on September 19, 2023.

39	61		SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section o f law not to be

42	89		The Oklahoma Legislature he reby amends judicial salaries to take
43	90		effect July 1, 2024. The amended salary schedule provided for in
44	91		this section provides a salary increase of seven percent (7.0%)
