An Act relating to the Office of the Attorney 
General; transferring remaining balances of prior 
appropriations to certain revo lving funds; specifying 
amounts; identifying source s and destinations of 
transfers; providing purposes; providing for 
noncodification; providing an effective date; and 
declaring an emergency . 
 
 
 
 
SUBJECT: Office of the Attorney General 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA : 
 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law not to be 
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes rea ds as follows: 
 
TRANSFER:  Of the funds originally appropriated to the Office of 
the Attorney General pursuant to Sect ion 1 of Enrolled House Bi ll 
No. 2958 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, t he 
Director of the Offic e of Management and Ent erprise Services shall 
transfer the sum of Four Million Five Hundr ed Fifty Thousand Dollars 
($4,550,000.00) to the Victims of Human Trafficking and Prevention 
Revolving Fund created in Section 748.3 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma 
Statutes to be budgeted and expended in accordance with law. 
 
SECTION 2.     NEW LAW     A new section of law not to be 
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes rea ds as follows: 
 
TRANSFER:  Of the funds originally appropriated to the Office of 
the Attorney General pursuant to Section 124 of Enrolled Senate Bill  ENR. H. B. NO. 2925 	Page 2 
No. 1040 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, t he 
Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall 
transfer the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Ninety -six Thousand 
Five Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars ($7,896,567.00) to the Federal 
Overreach and Extrao rdinary Litigation Revolving Fund created by 
Enrolled House Bill No. 4066 of t he 2nd Session of the 59th Okl ahoma 
Legislature to be budgeted and expended in accordance with law. 
 
SECTION 3.  This act shall become effective July 1, 2024. 
 
SECTION 4.  It being immediately nec essary for the preservation 
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby 
declared to exist, by reason w hereof this act shall take effect and 
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
