28	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA :

30	53		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
31	54		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes rea ds as follows:

33	55		TRANSFER: Of the funds originally appropriated to the Office of
34	56		the Attorney General pursuant to Section 1 of Enrolled House Bi ll
35	57		No. 2958 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, t he
36	58		Director of the Offic e of Management and Ent erprise Services shall
37	59		transfer the sum of Four Million Five Hundr ed Fifty Thousand Dollars
38	60		($4,550,000.00) to the Victims of Human Trafficking and Prevention
39	61		Revolving Fund created in Section 748.3 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma
40	62		Statutes to be budgeted and expended in accordance with law.

	92	+	the Attorney General pursuant to Section 124 of Enrolled Senate Bill
47	93		No. 1040 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, t he
48	94		Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall
49	95		transfer the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Ninety -six Thousand
50	96		Five Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars ($7,896,567.00) to the Federal
51	97		Overreach and Extrao rdinary Litigation Revolving Fund created by
52	98		Enrolled House Bill No. 4066 of t he 2nd Session of the 59th Oklahoma
53	99		Legislature to be budgeted and expended in accordance with law.

55	100		SECTION 3. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.

57	101		SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
58	102		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
59	103		declared to exist, by reason w hereof this act shall take effect and
60	104		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
