27	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	53		SECTION 1. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
30	54		Department of Commerce in Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1125 of the 2nd
31	55		Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of T wo Hundred
32	56		Twenty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($229,945.00)
33	57		shall, under the direction of the Executive Direc tor of Commerce, be
34	58		allocated to support the Community Expansion of Nutrition Assis tance
35	59		Program.

37	60		SECTION 2. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
38	61		Department of Commerce in Enrol led Senate Bill No. 1125 of the 2nd

52	99		Department of Commerce in Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1125 of the 2nd

54	101		Eighty-three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-four Dollars
55	102		($183,874.00) shall, under the direction of the Executive Direc tor
56	103		of Commerce, be allocated to community action agencies to support
57	104		Head Start programs.

61	107		Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of Sixty-four
62	108		Thousand Two Hundred Seventeen Dollars ($64,217.00 ) shall, under the
63	109		direction of the Executive Direc tor of Commerce, be allocate d to the
64	110		RX for Oklahoma Prescription Assistance program.

74	144		Department of Commerce in Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1125 of the 2nd
75	145		Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of Ten Million
76	146		Dollars ($10,000,000.00) shall, under the direction of the Executive
77	147		Director of Commerce, be allocated to help fund at Rogers State
78	148		University a new Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
79	149		(STEM) building.

81	150		SECTION 8. Appropriations made by this act, not including
82	151		appropriations made for capital outlay purpos es, may be budgeted for
83	152		the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 (hereafter FY-25) or may be
84	153		budgeted for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 (hereafter FY-26).
85	154		Funds budgeted for FY-25 may be encumbered only through June 30,
86	155		2025, and must be expended by No vember 15, 2025. Any funds
87	156		remaining after November 15, 2025, and not budgeted for FY-26, shall
88	157		lapse to the credit of the proper fund for the then current fiscal
89	158		year. Funds budgeted for FY-26 may be encumbered only through June
90	159		30, 2026. Any funds remaining after November 15, 2026, shall lapse
