26	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PE OPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	53		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
29	54		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

31	55		There is hereby appropriated to the Legislative Service Burea u
32	56		from monies not otherwise appropri ated from the ARPA Administrative
33	57		Costs Fund created in Enrolled House Bill No. 2940 of the 1st
34	58		Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of Two Hundred
35	59		Forty-eight Thousand Dollars ($248 ,000.00) or so much thereof as may
36	60		be necessary to pay obligati ons that may arise out of contracts
37	61		during Fiscal Year 2025 related to the American Rescue Plan Act of
38	62		2021.
	63	+	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
