26	51		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA :

28	52		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
29	53		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

31	54		There is hereby appropriat ed to the Legislative Servic e Bureau
32	55		from monies not otherwise appropriated from the ARPA State Fisca l
33	56		Recovery Fund (496), the sum of Four Hundred Eighty -one Thousand
34	57		Eight Hundred Ninety Doll ars ($481,890.00) or so much thereof as may
35	58		be necessary to pay obligations that may arise out of contracts
36	59		during the Fiscal Year 2023 and Fiscal Year 2024 related to the
37	60		American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

39	61		SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be

44	90		Fund of the State Treasury created in Enrolled House Bill No. 3349
45	91		of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of

52	97		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
