77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1111 of Title 60, unless there
80	80	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
81	81	The state shall limit the amount of public land owned by the
82	82	State of Oklahoma, state agencies, and federal government to no more
83	83	than twelve percent (12%) of the total land in the state.
84	84	SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
85	85	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1112 of Title 60, unless there
86	86	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
87	87	A. All easements grante d to or reserved by the federal
88	88	government, on or after the effective date of this act, for land

140	140	located in the state of Oklahoma shall be for a period of thirty
141	141	(30) years or less.
142	142	B. All easements granted to or reserved by the State of
143	143	Oklahoma or state agencies shall be for a period of thirty (30)
144	144	years or less. Any easements held by the State of Oklahoma or any
145	145	state agency that has been owned by t he state or any state agency
146	146	for longer than thirty (30) years are hereby released and
147	147	relinquished.
148	148	SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
