48	59		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
49	60		SECTION 1. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a
50	61		revolving fund for the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology
51		-	Education to be designated the " Oklahoma Workforce E ducation
52		-	Partnership Revolving Fund ". The fund shall be a continuing fund,
53		-	not subject to fiscal y ear limitations, and shall consist of all
54		-	monies received by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology
55		-	Education from monies appropriated or apportioned by the Legi slature
56		-	and gifts, donations, and bequests. All monies accruing to the
57		-	credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and
58		-	expended by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology
59		-	Education for the purpose of expanding career technology education
60		-	as determined by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology
61		-	Education using critical occupation data . Expenditures from said
	62	+	Education to be designated the " Oklahoma Career Tech Higher
	63	+	Education Expansion Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing
	64	+	fund, not subject to fiscal y ear limitations, and shall consist of
	65	+	all monies received by the Oklahoma Department of Career and

91		-	payment. The provisions of this section shall cease to have the
92		-	force and effect of law on July 1, 2030.

94	104		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
95	105		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is he reby
96	106		declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
97	107		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
