77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
79	79	codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
80	80	This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma FY 25
81	81	Budget Implementation Act".
82	82	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
83	83	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
84	84	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
85	85	declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
86	86	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
