49 | 56 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codifie d | |
50 | 57 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 261 of Title 56, unless there is | |

53 | 60 | a universal electronic eligibility and enrollment application for | |
54 | 61 | the following family support programs: | |
55 | 62 | 1. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF ); | |
56 | 63 | 2. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP); | |

95 | 103 | establish protocols and systems for sharing information securely and | |
96 | 104 | efficiently between agencies while maintaining privacy and | |
97 | 105 | confidentiality. | |
