4855 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4956 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codifie d
5057 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 261 of Title 56, unless there is
5158 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5259 A. The Department of Human Services shall develop and implement
5360 a universal electronic eligibility and enrollment application for
5461 the following family support programs:
5562 1. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF );
5663 2. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP);
5764 3. Medicaid; and
58-4. Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants,
59-and Children (WIC).

92+4. Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants,
93+and Children (WIC).
8694 B. At a minimum, the application shall:
8795 1. Be user-friendly and available in multip le languages;
8896 2. Enable applicants to complete and electronically submit
8997 applications; and
9098 3. Allow for the secure transmission of data among relevant
9199 agencies for eligibility and enrollment in the programs provided for
92100 in subsection A of this section.
93101 C. The agencies responsible for administeri ng the programs
94102 provided for in subsection A of th is section shall collaborate to
95103 establish protocols and systems for sharing information securely and
96104 efficiently between agencies while maintaining privacy and
97105 confidentiality.
98106 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
